Delivery Policy
At SR Gadgets Mart, we strive to deliver your favorite gadgets safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Delivery Areas & Charges
- Inside Dhaka: à§³à§à§¦ (Delivery within 24–48 hours).
- Outside Dhaka: ৳১৩০ (Delivery within 3–5 business days).
- Note: Delivery charges may vary based on product weight or special promotions.
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed on the same day.
- Orders placed on Fridays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only within Dhaka city.
- A minimum advance payment of à§³200 is required for deliveries outside Dhaka.
Please note that the advanced amount is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation after dispatched.
4. Verification & Tracking
- Our team will call you to confirm the order before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking code or SMS from our courier partner (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, RedX or Carrybee).
5. Order Confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email after placing an order.
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared for delivery updates.
6. Receiving Your Parcel
- Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening the parcel. This is mandatory to claim any “Missing Product” or “Damaged in Transit” issues.
- Please check the parcel for any external damage before accepting it from the delivery agent.
7. Failed Deliveries
A delivery attempt may fail due to:
- Incorrect contact information
- Recipient not available
- Refusal to accept the delivery
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failure may result in order cancellation.
